Training Built Around You
Not everyone learns best in a group — and for some people, stepping into a group class can be the biggest barrier to getting started.
You might have a busy schedule, prefer learning one-on-one, feel uncomfortable training in larger groups, or experience social anxiety that makes a group class feel overwhelming.
That shouldn’t stop you from learning Jiu-Jitsu.
Private coaching gives you the opportunity to train one-on-one with a Black Belt, in an environment where you can learn at your own pace, ask questions freely and build confidence without the pressure of keeping up with a class.
Every session is built around you - your experience, your goals, your schedule and the areas of your Jiu-Jitsu that will make the biggest difference.
Instead of trying to piece everything together yourself, we identify what you need, give you a clear direction and help you develop it step by step.
One Session or a Complete Training Path
Sometimes you just need an experienced set of eyes on your Jiu-Jitsu.
A single session can help you troubleshoot a position, sharpen a specific skill, prepare for competition or work through an area where you’ve been getting stuck.
But if you’re looking to make real, consistent progress, we also offer longer-term private coaching programs.
This allows us to go much deeper. We can identify gaps in your game, build on your strengths, create a structured curriculum around your goals and track your development over time.
For complete beginners, private coaching can also be a great way to build your skills and confidence before transitioning into group classes — if and when you feel ready.
As you improve, your training evolves with you.
There are no random techniques and no one-size-fits-all approach.
