Please be prepared in gear, ready to train and do not arrive any more than 5 minutes prior to the commencement of a class.

If you happen to arrive earlier please be mindful of the noise as there may be a class in progress.

We kindly request all phones be put away during class times. Additionally, to ensure the safety and privacy of our young students, we have a strict no-filming policy in place. Please understand that any filming of kids classes will result in an immediate suspension of membership. Thank you for helping us create a positive and respectful learning environment for everyone!
